Graduating with honours from Harvard Law School, his expertise has been recognised in several industry publications. Over the course of his career, Peter has held key senior roles, offering invaluable mentoring to junior lawyers, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence in client service. Currently, Peter is the Director at 3P Corporation Ltd, where he has applied his skills since 2021. He also serves as Director/Principal of 3P Legal, reflecting his leadership and dedication to the firm. Previously, Peter was a Special Counsel at Lewis Holdway Lawyers for over 15 years, where he led the Business Practice Group. His breadth of experience covers advising on mergers and acquisitions, business sales, capital raising, intellectual property, and commercial property transactions. Peter's career is distinguished by his work with a diverse clientele ranging from ASX-listed corporations to small enterprises, valuing collaborations that help clients achieve their objectives.
