Joanne is particularly adept at managing complex parenting disputes, including matters of living arrangements, relocations, and recovery applications, ensuring the best outcomes for families in transition. Her legal journey began in 1998, and she has since honed her skills in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Joanne is equally experienced in handling family violence issues within the Magistrates’ Court. Committed to alternative dispute resolution, she supports her clients through mediation and family dispute resolution processes, aiming to achieve amicable solutions outside the courtroom. Previously, Joanne was a Senior Associate at MST Lawyers, where she contributed significantly to the team’s recognition as part of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
