Prior to this, he led the trade marks and brand protection practice at Clayton Utz, overseeing international portfolios for large corporations and Australian companies alike. His tenure as Special Counsel at Blake Dawson further honed his acumen in trade mark law. Brian's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where he was involved with the Moot Court Board and the Legal Writing program. He earned a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from New Mexico Highlands University, graduating with honours and contributing to research for the National Institute of Health. His foundational studies were completed at Hamline University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Psychology.
