Mark Jappe

Mark Jappe is a distinguished Director at Adelta Legal, renowned for his expertise in estate litigation and planning. Celebrated in the Doyle’s Guide 2023, Mark has earned the title of a nationally recognised estates litigator. His accolades include being named a Preeminent Lawyer in Wills, Estates & Succession Planning and in Wills & Estates Litigation, reflecting his commitment and excellence in these areas. With over a decade at Adelta Legal, Mark has been a partner since September 2013. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive estate litigation and planning services, fostering strong client relationships from the firm’s Adelaide office. Before joining Adelta Legal, Mark owned Jappe & Associates, where he was instrumental in shaping the firm’s success in wills, estates, and litigation from 2010 to 2013. Mark’s legal career began at Hynd & Co as a Senior Associate, where he honed his skills from 1996 to 2002, before advancing to a similar role at Johnston Withers until 2010. His educational foundation was laid at the University of Adelaide, where he completed his LLB and BEc, equipping him with the knowledge and skills that have underpinned his successful legal career.
