Melissa Yule

Melissa Yule is a highly experienced Consultant at Adelta Legal, with a comprehensive legal career dedicated to wills and estates. She obtained her law degree from the University of Adelaide, balancing her studies with work at Consumer Affairs and as a law clerk at Ward & Partners, gaining exposure across various legal practices. After completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 1992, Melissa focused almost exclusively on wills and estates, honing her expertise at several top-tier firms over 22 years before joining Adelta Legal in 2014. Melissa's practice encompasses drafting and advising on wills, enduring powers of attorney, guardianship, trusts, and probate documentation. She holds a significant interest in estate litigation and frequently appears in the Supreme Court for will and estate disputes, as well as in SACAT for guardianship and administration matters. Her clients value her passionate advocacy and deep legal knowledge. In addition to her legal practice, Melissa contributes to the legal community as co-chair of the Law Society's Succession and Elder Law Committee and co-editor of the quarterly publication The Last Testament.
