Shae Treacy brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director and Licensed Conveyancer at Adroit Conveyancing. With over 17 years in the industry, her experience is both comprehensive and diverse. Shae joined the firm in August 2023, after a successful tenure at Ellinghaus Weill Lawyers, and has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in managing conveyancing transactions for both residential and commercial properties. Her skills extend to handling complex transfers of land and overseeing water transfers, ensuring that each transaction is executed with precision and attention to detail. Before her current role, Shae spent over a decade at Ellinghaus Weill, where she excelled as Lead Conveyancer. During this time, she managed a variety of conveyancing transactions and was responsible for preparing mortgage documentation and providing general legal advice, reinforcing her reputation for delivering client-focused solutions. Prior to that, she honed her foundational skills as a Legal Secretary/Conveyancer at O'Farrell Robertson McMahon. Shae's formal training includes a Diploma of Financial Services in Conveyancing from the North Melbourne Institute of TAFE, completed in 2013. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to navigate the complexities of the conveyancing process efficiently, providing clients with clear, insightful guidance.
