Scott Williams

Scott Williams is a dedicated lawyer who brings a genuine commitment to assisting clients with the complexities of family law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland in 2022, swiftly completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law. Scott was admitted to practice in December 2022 and holds a current Practising Certificate, underscoring his dedication to maintaining high professional standards. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Scott worked as a golf professional, but his passion led him to family law. Between 2021 and 2023, he gained invaluable experience at the Federal Circuit and Family Court in Brisbane, where he developed a thorough understanding of family law processes. This experience has shaped his approach, focusing on helping clients resolve matters outside of court to minimise the stress and impact of litigation on families. Outside of work, Scott is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking, motorbiking, fishing, and supporting his children’s sporting activities. He values the balance between professional dedication and personal interests.
