His proficiency in dispute resolution is demonstrated through his involvement in shareholder, transactional, and board-level conflicts, appearing in respected Australian Courts and Tribunals, including NCAT, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and Federal Court. Additionally, Kevin's qualifications enable him to act as a responsible manager and key person for multiple Australian Financial Services Licensees, including ASX-listed entities, serving on compliance and risk committees.
