Since being admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court in November 1984, Justin Smith has built a robust legal career, practising since 1986. His career has spanned various roles within small to medium sized firms across both metropolitan and rural settings. Justin possesses extensive experience in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injuries, Conveyancing, Family Law, Industrial Law, and Wills and Probate. His legal acumen is demonstrated through his representation of clients in a wide array of litigious matters, including criminal proceedings, civil claims, family law parenting and property disputes, as well as restraining orders. Beyond his legal practice, Justin is a keen historian, engaging in the writing of articles for a national railway history magazine. He also dedicates time to youth service, utilising his extensive experience to assist in managing an Air Force cadet unit.
