Marie Tan

Marie Tan is a dedicated lawyer with a robust foundation in various facets of law. She earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from Monash University, where she actively participated in initiatives such as the Monash Law Ambassador Program and served as a peer mentor. Before pursuing her legal career, Marie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Melbourne. Marie began her legal journey with a professional placement at Monash Law Clinics Melbourne, gaining hands-on experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She further honed her skills as a law clerk at Mills Oakley, where she engaged in corporate advisory and workplace relations. Joining Ark Legal in 2024, Marie initially worked as a graduate lawyer and has since progressed to handling commercial disputes and insolvency matters.
