Rhea Liu

Rhea Liu is a dedicated solicitor with a focus on property and transactional matters, specialising in facilitating seamless conveyancing processes. Since joining Ascension Lawyers in November 2024, she has been instrumental in preparing and reviewing property sale and purchase contracts in New South Wales. Rhea collaborates closely with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders to ensure hassle-free property transactions. Her approachable and professional manner allows her to provide clear guidance and support throughout the conveyancing process. Rhea's legal expertise is underscored by her PLT qualification from the College of Law and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales. She is admitted to practise in both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is well equipped to assist a diverse clientele. Her prior experiences include serving as a law clerk at Waterhouse Lawyers and contributing as student staff at Kingsford Legal Centre. Before her legal career, Rhea developed strong analytical skills during her internship as an audit assistant at BDO China-SHU LUN PAN Certified Public Accountants LLP. Beyond her professional life, Rhea enjoys outdoor activities such as spending time at the beach, hiking, and playing the piano.
