His extensive courtroom experience includes representing both companies and individuals in significant legal venues such as the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, and the Copyright Tribunal of Australia. Alasdair has successfully managed cases in various Australian state courts, including appellate matters before the Full Federal Court and the NSW Court of Appeal. In addition to his Australian practice, Alasdair is admitted to practice in Fiji, where he has appeared in the appellate division of the Fiji High Court. He is well-versed in copyright rate setting litigation and private arbitration. Alasdair's expertise extends to the sporting world, having served on judiciary and appeal committees for Cricket NSW and Football St George. Alasdair's excellence in practice is reflected in his recognition by prominent legal rankings such as Doyles Guide, Legal 500, Managing IP, and World Trademark Review. He is also actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Management Committee of the Copyright Society of Australia.
