Richard Baker is the Managing Partner based in our Canberra office, bringing a diverse range of expertise to his roles. His practice areas encompass personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, cycling injuries, dog attacks, and medical negligence. Additionally, Richard offers comprehensive services in wills and estates, probate, conveyancing, alongside general and commercial litigation. Richard's pathway to law began with his studies in Applied Science at the University of Sydney, where he developed a strong interest in anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and rehabilitation. This background in health science significantly enhances his personal injury practice, granting him a unique perspective on the injuries and disabilities that his clients face. Outside of his professional commitments, Richard enjoys mountain biking on local trails, playing Oztag, and actively contributing to his children's rugby club. His engagement in both personal and community activities reflects his dynamic and balanced approach to life and work.
