Danielle Bechelet serves as the Principal of Bechelet & Co, where she has dedicated her extensive career to the practice of wills and estates in Perth for over a decade. Her commitment is to provide clients with peace of mind regarding their affairs. As a leader in estate litigation, Danielle is passionate about advocating for clients involved in will disputes, inheritance claims, and contested estates, ensuring the protection of their rights and the pursuit of justice. Danielle is adept at handling the administration of both complex and straightforward deceased estates, guiding families through challenging times and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process. In situations involving family discord, she is committed to facilitating the prompt resolution of disputes related to deceased estates. Currently, Danielle is the Chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in Western Australia, actively participating on sub-committees for STEP Australia.
