Adam Moschella

Adam Moschella is a Senior Associate at Bell Criminal Lawyers, specialising in criminal defence across Queensland. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2016, Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. His extensive experience spans representing clients in the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, handling cases from traffic offences to complex drug and homicide charges. Adam's adeptness in appellate matters has seen him successfully advocate for clients before the Queensland Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
