Nathan Ebbs serves as the Managing Principal at Bennett, taking the helm in October 2016 to oversee all facets of the practice. Since 2021, Nathan has also been acknowledged in Best Lawyers in Australia for litigation. His legal career, spanning since 2005, has seen him represent public and private entities, partnerships, trusts, and individuals across various high-profile cases in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court, and the High Court of Australia. More recently, his expertise has expanded into employment and agribusiness sectors. Nathan's dedication to the legal profession is matched by his commitment to community service. He has been a board member of Identitywa, a disability support group, since 2009, and contributed to the Law Society of Western Australia as a council member for six years. He also served as a chairperson for Radio Lollipop Western Australia’s Steering Committee. Nathan's academic foundation is grounded in a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Notre Dame Australia, completed in 2004.
