Kathleen Berck

Kathleen Berck was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1982, having completed her Bachelor of Laws and Diploma of Legal Practice. She is also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and serves as a Special Master in the Superior Court of California, United States of America. Kathleen is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and a member of the Legal Aid Conferencing panel, where she acts as a chairperson in family dispute resolution matters. She has dedicated over a decade of voluntary service at the Women’s Legal Service, reflecting her commitment to supporting individuals through challenging family law issues. With more than 40 years of experience practising family law, Kathleen is recognised for her personal approach and strong advocacy on behalf of her clients.
