Jeffrey Biggs, a Partner at his firm, was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1982. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland. Beginning his legal journey in commercial litigation at the CBD firm Smith & Fitzgerald, he quickly progressed to partner in 1983, subsequently managing the firm's Aspley practice. After the dissolution of Smith & Fitzgerald, he co-founded Biggs & Fitzgerald in partnership with John Fitzgerald. Throughout his extensive career, Jeff has acquired comprehensive experience across various legal realms, with a primary focus on Family Law, in which he gained accreditation in 1999.
