Steven Pike

Steven Pike, a partner at Biggs Fitzgerald Pike, was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Queensland Supreme Court in 1998 and in the High Court of Australia in 1999. After a distinguished 20-year career as a chef, Steven transitioned to law, earning a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University in 1998. Steven's primary focus is personal injury and compensation law. He also has substantial experience in criminal law, as well as general and estate litigation. Over the years, Steven has appeared in both criminal and civil appeals in all superior Courts in Queensland. Notably, in 2015, he instructed Counsel in a successful special leave application in the High Court of Australia, followed by an appeal before the Full Court. In addition to his legal practice, Steven is an avid cyclist and is particularly passionate about offering legal assistance to cyclists who have been injured or suffered property damage in traffic accidents.
