Noel Birch

Noel Birch is the Director of Birch & Co, a firm he founded in 1983 after honing his skills as a Solicitor with a top-tier Brisbane firm and completing his Articles in England. With nearly four decades of experience, Noel has established himself as a respected legal advisor with expertise across all practice areas of the firm. In recent years, his focus has shifted towards succession law and estate planning, fields in which he possesses a deep personal and professional interest. As a member of the baby-boomer generation, Noel is particularly attuned to the legal challenges facing Australia's aging population. He offers expertise in drafting wills and succession planning, especially for blended families, and provides guidance on aged care residential agreements. Additionally, he advises on family provision claims, will disputes, and elder abuse cases. Outside of his professional commitments, Noel enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his grandchildren. He is also an active member of the Queensland Law Society.
