As a Special Counsel at Blackstone Waterhouse Lawyers, Malcolm has earned a reputation for his adept handling of major project litigation, notably within the fields of professional negligence and indemnity, as well as commercial disputes. His extensive portfolio includes acting on behalf of engineers, architects, and developers in significant infrastructure-related cases, specifically involving road and rail projects. With a deep understanding of the myriad of construction project insurance issues, Malcolm offers comprehensive insight into areas such as professional indemnity, public and product liability, contract works, home warranty, and project-specific policies.
