

Melissa Arndell is the Director at a prominent law firm, with a career distinguished by her dedication to plaintiff personal injury law. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Macquarie University, Melissa honed her skills in both public and private sectors, including administrative and marketing roles at Ashurst, a leading Sydney law firm. Her move to regional New South Wales in 2012 marked a turning point, as she embarked on a legal career while working as a Paralegal at a boutique personal injury firm in Orange.
