Trent Harris, the Principal Solicitor, brings over 15 years of legal expertise to the firm. With a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University of Technology, along with diplomas in financial services and planning, Trent is well-versed in a broad range of legal areas. His experience spans deceased estates, wills, powers of attorney, superannuation, conveyancing, litigation, and business and commercial law. After beginning his legal journey with articles at a Melbourne firm and co-founding a practice in Doncaster, Trent established Boutique Legal in August 2011. Jana Harris, a paralegal and conveyancer, holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University in South Australia. Joining the firm in July 2012, Jana manages all conveyancing and paralegal matters with precision and care. Boutique Legal specialises in conveyancing, with experience in handling subdivisions, off the plan sales and purchases, and various agreements, employing platforms such as PEXA and SPEAR for efficiency. The firm also addresses lease matters, including retail and commercial leases, renewals, and variations, as well as estate planning solutions encompassing wills, powers of attorney, and complex succession planning.
