Mark Smith

Mark Smith is the Principal and founder of the firm, established in 2005. He combines a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Science and has furthered his expertise with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sydney. His academic excellence is highlighted by two awards from the Sydney University Law Extension Committee for achieving top marks in his subjects. Admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, Mark has a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of legal areas. His work spans international construction and infrastructure projects as well as matters pertaining to small businesses and individuals. Mark's expertise lies in Commercial and Business Law and Building and Construction Law, where he provides insightful advice on complex business transactions, sales and purchases, and civil litigation. Mark has a dynamic presence in court, frequently appearing in local, district, and supreme courts. Known for being a powerful advocate, he navigates both courtroom proceedings and intricate negotiations with skill.
