He has orchestrated significant acquisitions such as the Seaford Shopping Centre for $72 million, the Nambour Shopping Centres for $52 million, and the Taree Shopping Centre for $53 million. His meticulous attention to detail in these high-stakes transactions is highly regarded. David actively contributes to the legal community, serving on the Property Committee of the Law Society of South Australia and the Mainstreets and Retail Committee of the Property Council (SA Division). His knowledge extends beyond practice as he has also been a guest lecturer with the Law Society of South Australia, imparting essential skills to aspiring legal practitioners in the realm of commercial leasing. Prior to his current role, David's career included a tenure as a Senior Associate at Cowell Clarke and as Assistant Company Secretary/Corporate Counsel at Elders Limited. His extensive experience encompasses advising on and preparing documentation for the sale, purchase, or lease of retail, office, and industrial properties, as well as handling related disputes and business transactions.
