Ben Chedid

Ben Chedid serves as the Principal Solicitor at Chedid Storey Legal, drawing upon extensive experience in Property Law, Strata Law, Building and Construction Law, Dispute Resolution, and Wills and Estate Planning. Ben is renowned for providing clients with highly skilled legal and commercial advice, particularly in drafting and advising on construction tenders and contracts, as well as navigating planning and strata laws and other property-related matters. His legal career began as a Paralegal at K&L Gates, where he gained valuable foundational experience. Progressing rapidly, Ben joined CCS Legal Pty Ltd as a Solicitor, honing his expertise over several years. He then moved to Herbert Geer as a Lawyer, where he further developed his legal acumen before advancing to a Senior Associate position at HWL Ebsworth. In 2015, Ben transitioned to Chedid Storey Legal, where he has served as a Partner and now Principal. Ben's academic credentials are equally impressive, having earned a Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne following his undergraduate studies in Law and Commerce at the University of New South Wales.
