Chelsea Emery, our Principal, has dedicated her legal career to the fields of Criminal and Traffic Law since 1999. She began her journey with a renowned criminal law firm in Brisbane and went on to manage their Sunshine Coast office for six years. In 2010, Chelsea established her own practice, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to her clients. Recognised by the Queensland Law Society with Specialist Accreditation in Criminal Law, Chelsea is an accomplished advocate known for her successful handling of complex criminal litigation. Her commitment to her clients is evident through her meticulous preparation and unwavering pursuit of justice. Chelsea’s reputation is further solidified by her role as a Criminal Law Lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where she shares her expertise.
