His trilingual proficiency in English, Korean, and Japanese has enabled him to effectively manage cross-border dealings with corporations in both Australia and Japan. Jake’s extensive experience spans litigation, family law, intellectual property, wills and estates, commercial law, and migration law. He adeptly handles a wide range of matters, from drafting and advising on corporate and commercial transactions, like business and share sale agreements, to preparing pleadings and court documents. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Jake is a member of The Law Society of New South Wales, the Asian Australian Lawyers Association, the Korean Australian Lawyers Association, and the Gold Coast Junior Chamber of Commerce. Jake's professional journey at CJM Lawyers began as a Law Clerk and progressed through Associate and Senior Associate roles, culminating in his current position as Partner. His prior role as Managing Director at GDI Consultants further enriched his leadership and management skills in legal consultancy.
