Samantha Miller

Samantha Miller is a highly experienced family lawyer based in Newcastle, with a distinguished legal career spanning more than two decades. Admitted as a solicitor in both Australia and the UK, Samantha combines local insight with international experience in her role as Principal at Clarity Lawyers. She is a fifth-generation lawyer, continuing her family's legacy in Newcastle, where her predecessors practised at Harris Wheeler Lawyers, now part of Hall & Wilcox since 2017. After completing her education at Merewether High School, Samantha graduated with a combined Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle. Her legal journey began with her admission as a solicitor in NSW in 2001, followed by accreditation in England and Wales in 2002. During her tenure at top-tier firms in London, Samantha honed her expertise across various legal disciplines before dedicating her practice to family law. Her time at a boutique family law firm in Surrey equipped her with hands-on experience and a client-centred approach, principles that continue to define her practice. Following a sabbatical to raise her family, including a memorable European adventure in a VW campervan with her husband and three children, Samantha returned to Newcastle in 2016. She established Clarity Lawyers, where she leads a dedicated team in assisting clients through the intricacies of separation, parenting arrangements, and property settlements.
