His partnership with Geoff Croxford led to the foundation of Croxford Partners, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Relocating to Ballarat, Micky established Milardovic Legal as a thriving generalist practice, where he garnered success by offering practical and straightforward legal solutions.
