Aleisha MacKenzie serves as the Legal Practice Director at Construct Law Group, which she established in 2014. With a strategic vision, Aleisha has guided the firm’s growth and cultivated an environment that champions inclusivity and support. Her work predominantly involves dispute resolution, contract creation and review, and risk management. Aleisha also advises on the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 and the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme, and she assists with the administrative review of QBCC decisions. As a registered adjudicator under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, Aleisha brings a unique perspective to handling progress claims and adjudication matters.
