Karen Van Bael

Karen Van Bael established Conveyancing by Karen in May 2015, bringing with her over twenty years of experience gained at some of Sydney’s leading law firms, as well as in Maclean and Yamba. In 1992, Karen relocated to the Lower Clarence area to create a better lifestyle for her three sons, and she is now a proud grandmother. Karen holds an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) from Southern Cross University, which she completed while working full-time for a local law firm. As a licensed conveyancer practising in New South Wales, she is certified through the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC) and operates under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 (Licence No. 050009798). Karen’s extensive background and licenced status give clients confidence that their property transactions are managed with competence and care, ensuring peace of mind throughout the process.
