Nadia Shivarev

Nadia Shivarev serves as a Partner at Corsers, having joined the firm in 2008. With a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Adelaide, Nadia was admitted to practice in 2003. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, and she has adeptly represented clients across various jurisdictions including the Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court, as well as acting as an instructing solicitor at the Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Nadia's comprehensive experience spans most areas of commercial law, including property and business settlements, leases, wills and estates, and contracts. Her linguistic proficiency in Mandarin enables her to offer legal services to clients from the Chinese community and beyond. She is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Australia China Business Council (SA), and the Hong Kong Australia Business Association (SA). Additionally, Nadia holds a Migration Legal Practitioner Number, further broadening her scope of services.
