For more than 20 years, Patrick has successfully advised and represented a diverse clientele across various sectors, including hospitality, medical and health, engineering, international consulting, horticultural, community, religious bodies, automotive, migration agencies, and legal firms. His proficiency extends to managing complex migration applications, appeals, and presenting cases before tribunals and the Federal Court of Australia. Additionally, Patrick consults with local and interstate migration agencies on visa applications and intricate migration issues.
At Corsers Lawyers, Patrick leads the Migration Law team, offering strategic legal solutions to clients dealing with visa applications, refusals, and citizenship matters. He continues to play an integral role at QS Lawyers as Principal Solicitor, where his focus extends to family law issues. With a commitment to excellence, Patrick remains a registered practitioner with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and holds a current Migration Legal Practitioner Number.
