Ray Kellerman

Ray Kellerman brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in the financial services industry, spanning funds management, financial advisory, life insurance, and corporate finance. His notable leadership roles include serving as the Independent Chairman of ClearView Wealth, an ASX-listed company, and Credit Suisse Asset Management Australia. Previously, Ray spent a decade at Perpetual Trustees Australia before launching his own financial services and compliance advisory venture in 2001. He is currently an owner and Executive Director at Quentin Ayers, an asset advisory firm focusing on alternative private market investments. Ray's extensive expertise is further demonstrated through his directorships at Goodman Funds Management Australia, Ironbark Asset Management (Fund Services), Serene Capital, and Ryder Capital. His active involvement in governance-related roles with major fund managers showcases his commitment to excellence in corporate oversight. Appointed as a Director of Count in January 2017, Ray advanced to Chairman by April of the same year.
