Bonnie Esposito brings extensive experience and dedication to family law as a consultant with Creative Family Law Solutions. With a career that began at one of Australia’s leading commercial litigation firms after her admission to practice in 2009, Bonnie’s focus shifted to family law driven by a keen interest in the complexities of human behaviour and the impact of family dynamics. Bonnie’s qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and a postgraduate diploma from the College of Law, where she also served as an adjunct lecturer, combining academic insight with practical expertise. She ran her own family law practice, Focus on Family, as a sole practitioner and was recognised with a nomination for Sole Practitioner of the Year at the 2020 Women in Law Awards. Her experience covers a broad range of family law matters including parenting arrangements, property settlement, child support, family violence and intervention orders, grandparent access, and ex parte recovery orders. Bonnie has appeared in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia, gaining hands-on experience that informs her client-centred approach.
