Oussama Elfawal

Oussama Elfawal, Principal Solicitor at Crimcorp Defence Lawyers, is deeply committed to addressing injustices and serving the community. His journey began with a Bachelor of Psychology in 2010, during which he observed significant imbalances within the criminal justice system, particularly concerning the conduct of investigators and access to justice for minorities. Motivated by these insights, he pursued and completed a Bachelor of Law in early 2015 and gained accreditation from the Supreme Court of NSW on 10 October 2015. Since then, Oussama has been unwavering in his dedication to securing optimal outcomes for his clients across all jurisdictions. In January 2019, he founded Crimcorp Defence Lawyers, a thriving law firm with multiple offices and a team of experienced professionals.
