Tim Lethbridge

Tim Lethbridge has been practising law since 2001, with a keen focus on commercial litigation and employment law. Starting his career in a small legal firm, Tim transitioned to a mid-size firm in 2006, where he honed his skills over a decade, eventually becoming a partner. In 2016, alongside Elise, he founded Croftbridge, where he serves as Director and Lawyer. Tim is dedicated to providing clients with clear communication and practical legal advice, leveraging his extensive experience in most West Australian courts and tribunals. He offers non-litigious employment advice, handling everything from drafting contracts to managing complex employee issues. Tim is committed to supporting clients through the often challenging legal landscape, fiercely advocating for their rights while also considering cost-effective, non-litigious solutions. His expertise extends across general commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and insolvency. His work in employment law encompasses drafting contracts and handling dismissals. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable in safety law, assisting clients with compliance, workplace incidents, and WorkSafe prosecutions. During his tenure at Kott Gunning Lawyers, Tim led the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, dealing with employment and industrial law, commercial disputes, and estates litigation. His foundational work as a solicitor at Lewis, Blyth & Hooper involved general litigation, focusing on personal injury and workers compensation claims. Tim's educational background includes a law degree from The University of Western Australia, combining it with computer science. Beyond his legal practice, Tim enjoys spending time at the WACA, immersing himself in films, or getting lost in a good book.
