Camilla Davidson serves as the Principal of Cultivate Legal, bringing a deep passion for the law that is rooted in her upbringing in Cowra. She attended Hurlstone Agricultural High School and later earned her Bachelors of Laws and Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2016, she furthered her expertise by completing a Masters of Law (Applied Law) with a focus on Wills & Estates at the College of Law, where she was recognised as the Best Student in Estate Planning. Camilla began her legal journey with Rickards Whiteley in 2006, where she quickly developed a strong and loyal client base. Known for her attention to detail, she excels in working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and holistic advice tailored to their needs. Her practice primarily focuses on estate planning, offering comprehensive guidance on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardians, superannuation death benefit nominations, and the passing of control of family trusts, companies, and self-managed superannuation funds. She is also adept in estate administration, handling Probate and Letters of Administration applications, while advising clients on the intricacies of their roles and responsibilities as executors, administrators, or beneficiaries. Her conveyancing services cover a broad spectrum of residential and rural property transactions, leasing, and intergenerational transfers of land used for primary production. Beyond her professional commitments, Camilla cherishes her time with her husband, Miles, and their three children. As a proud member of the Millthorpe community, she is often seen supporting local sporting events in Millthorpe, Bathurst, or Orange.
