Jennifer Jay

Jennifer Jay is a solicitor with extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas including Conveyancing, Wills, Contested Estates, Family Law, and Litigation. Raised on the Central Coast, Jennifer excelled academically, finishing as Dux of her Year 12 class at Terrigal High School. She went on to complete a combined Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology, Sydney, which included a year studying International Law at the University of Uppsala in Sweden. After completing her Practical Legal Training at the University of Technology, Sydney, Jennifer gained valuable experience working at a boutique law firm in Sydney specialising in Family Law and Litigation before joining Cutlers in 2011. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW the same year and has since remained with Cutlers. Jennifer has worked full-time until 2016, after which she transitioned to part-time work to balance her career with raising a growing family. Jennifer is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to achieving fair and equitable outcomes for her clients. Her diligence, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills are highly regarded by those she represents. As a mother of three, with a fourth child expected shortly, Jennifer brings empathy and understanding to her legal practice, reflecting both her professional and personal dedication.
