Since her transition to DKL, Zara's interest has expanded to include employer representation. She takes pride in assisting individuals with navigating complex workplace relationships and dynamics. Compassion is at the core of Zara's approach, alongside a deep understanding of the law. She holds integrity as paramount, believing it essential to fully support and guide clients through some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Her drive to make a daily impact in the community through her legal work is coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning in new legal areas. Zara's compassionate nature is further reflected in her wish for the superpower of healing, highlighting her supportive approach towards others. Having recently relocated to Sydney, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing the piano, and engaging in board games. Zara holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Development Studies from the University of Newcastle, alongside a Diploma of Legal Practice. Her qualifications also include Mental Health First Aid, which complements her empathetic approach to law. Her previous roles include working as a paralegal at Catherine Henry Lawyers in medical negligence, serving as an early childhood music teacher, and other diverse experiences that enrich her legal practice.
