Eleanor Davis, a Senior Associate and Practice Manager, was admitted to practice in 2012 in Victoria. She brings a wealth of experience to our firm, particularly in the areas of Wills, Estate and Business Succession Planning and Litigation. Her expertise encompasses a broad scope, including the drafting of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and tackling complex estate and business succession planning. Eleanor adeptly handles VCAT Guardianship and Administration Disputes, probate and estate administration, and estate litigation. Her capabilities extend to lease and property law disputes, as well as business sales and disputes. An accomplished writer and presenter, Eleanor has delivered insightful papers on Will drafting, showcasing her depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), specialising in Psychology and Performing Arts from Monash University. Although her days on stage are behind her, Eleanor continues to enjoy theatre, travel, hiking, and quality time with her partner and children.
