David Healey

David Healey, Principal Lawyer and Owner, is a dedicated legal professional with a primary focus on Commonwealth and Australian Capital Territory Compensation Law. He has cultivated a robust network of barristers and specialists to navigate this complex domain effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes for his clients. David has extensive experience assisting government workers, including police, ambulance, and fire and rescue personnel, with their EML and Comcare matters, guiding them towards their next chapters with assurance. His fervour for human rights is evident through his successful advocacy for those discriminated against in the workplace, consistently working towards fair and equitable outcomes for individuals injured during their employment with the Commonwealth, ACT Government, and private sector. Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the ACT and the High Court of Australia, David's legal expertise is well recognised. In addition to his legal practice, David serves as a Reservist Legal Officer in the Australian Defence Force, holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, where he contributes significantly to the Legal Corps.
