Steven Davoren

Steve Davoren is the Principal and founding Director of Davoren Associates, a firm established in 1978. Over the years, the practice has expanded to offer services in a diverse range of legal areas including commercial litigation, conveyancing, criminal law, wills and estates, and securities law. Since commencing his legal career in 1978, Steve has maintained a hands-on role in overseeing the firm’s operations, supported by a dedicated team with whom he has developed long-term professional relationships. A member of the Queensland Law Society, Steve brings extensive experience particularly in property law, corporate law, building and construction law, securities, and mortgage investment. His legal expertise is complemented by his role as Managing Director of Assured Management Limited, a Responsible Entity and Licensed Securities Dealer operating under the Managed Investments Act. He also holds a Diploma in Financial Services, further underlining his comprehensive understanding of financial regulatory frameworks. Residing on the Gold Coast with his family, Steve is actively engaged in the local community. He contributes his legal expertise as the Honorary Solicitor for the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club and has served as President of The Carbine Club of Queensland, an organisation dedicated to raising funds to support junior sport. His involvement with these community groups reflects his commitment beyond the legal sphere.
