Brian Deegan is the founding principal of Deegan Law, bringing over four decades of comprehensive legal experience. Admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia as a barrister and solicitor in 1979, Brian initially established his own practice before serving as a Magistrate from 1988 to 2004. During his judicial tenure, he gained extensive exposure across the Criminal, Civil, and Youth Courts, and held the role of Deputy Coroner for sixteen years. Since returning to legal practice, Brian has focused primarily on criminal law, handling a wide spectrum of matters ranging from road traffic offences to serious indictable offences, including murder. His practice is enriched by a broad understanding of other areas of law, including Property, Estate, Commercial, Industrial, Federal, Family, and Civil matters across various court levels.
