Molly Grant is a dedicated lawyer who graduated with Distinction from Deakin University, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws and Criminology. Since her Admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2022, Molly has focused her practice on Wills and Estates. She plays a vital role in assisting clients with estate planning and navigating the legal intricacies involved in obtaining grants of Probate or Letters of Administration from the Supreme Court, as well as managing the general administration of estates. Molly is highly regarded for her practical advice, working collaboratively with our team of lawyers and under the expert guidance of the firm’s Directors, Kim and Kellie, especially in complex matters. She has a keen interest in crafting comprehensive estate plans and is adept at preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Medical Treatment Decision Makers, ensuring that clients' future wishes are clearly articulated and legally sound.
