Peter, the founder and principal solicitor of Distinction Legal, brings a wealth of experience and a diligent approach to his practice. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies (with Honours) from Adelaide University, he has been admitted to practice law for nearly a decade. Peter's primary focus is on Wills and Estates and succession planning, where his attention to detail ensures the effective structuring of both straightforward and intricate estate instruments, including testamentary trusts. He begins by thoroughly understanding his client's unique needs and collaborates closely with accountants and financial planners to deliver bespoke solutions. He has successfully defended or negotiated numerous cases, addressing charges ranging from driving offences like driving while disqualified or unregistered, and drink and drug driving, to more serious matters such as basic and aggravated assaults, firearms offences, sexual offences, and substantial commercial drug trafficking cases.
