John Loneragan

John Loneragan, a seasoned consultant solicitor, has been practising law since the early 1990s. With a robust focus on property law, John expertly manages all facets of conveyancing. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Legal Studies, marking the foundation of his legal career at L Rundle Solicitors in Sydney. Returning to Mudgee, John joined Dear & Loneragan Solicitors, now DLH Solicitors, where he initially represented clients in criminal and family law. As the firm expanded, John channelled his efforts into developing its conveyancing services. After selling his partnership in 2006, he was retained as a consultant solicitor and continues to contribute to the firm's success under the leadership of Sally Callander. Known for maintaining long-standing client relationships, John remains dedicated to providing comprehensive conveyancing services across residential, commercial, and rural properties.
