Daniel Jenkinson serves as a principal in DMAW Lawyers' transactions practice, bringing a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial matters. His portfolio includes an array of clients, from major South Australian enterprises to diverse industry sectors such as financial services, property and development, energy and resources, and agribusiness. Daniel is adept at managing projects from inception to completion, overseeing share, asset, business, and property sales and purchases. His expertise extends to corporate structuring, the establishment and governance of joint ventures, and conducting thorough due diligence investigations. He plays a pivotal role in infrastructure delivery and funding agreements for substantial projects and is experienced in handling various contractual arrangements including outsourcing and distribution. Among his notable achievements, Daniel advised on a $350 million asset transaction within the oil and gas sector and facilitated numerous significant superannuation fund mergers and direct investments. He has also managed a $90 million corporate acquisition in the mining industry and orchestrated transactions valued at upwards of $500 million across financial services, construction, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, waste, and mining industries. Furthermore, his experience includes the sale of aged care facilities and retirement villages, as well as numerous large-scale property initiatives, including greenfield residential and industrial developments.
