Kelsey Hyslop

Kelsey Hyslop serves as a Senior Associate and Team Lead at Donaldson Law, bringing over fifteen years of dedicated experience in compensation law. Her focus lies particularly in addressing issues of abuse, elite athlete matters, Defence service issues, and serious personal integrity violations. Her practice is centred on advocating for individuals who have been harmed in systems designed to protect them. Kelsey is deeply committed to supporting survivors of abuse within the Australian Defence Force, as well as those impacted in educational and domestic settings, including under the Child Migrant schemes. In addition to working with abuse survivors, Kelsey is extensively involved with former elite child and youth athletes. She addresses toxic coaching practices, body shaming, and other detrimental cultures prevalent in high-performance sports, often handling claims connected to national programs.
